March 2019 Retail Sales Data

Mass median single family home sales price up another 6% to a new March record of $377,000 per Massachusetts Association of Realtors. Closed sales volume is up 1.6% at 3470 in March. The Case-Schiller Boston index is essentially flat again this month.

I was thinking of doing a tear-down in Worcester on a great lot that we were going to build a duplex on; we projected it would take about a 11-12 months to complete and have it listed. I'm just skeptical that this will continue for another year so I didn't pull the trigger on that deal.
