Nice! Is this prop in N olmstead? I like the subway tile on the backsplash. Interesting layout with the stove top and fumehood partially peaking into the dining room. I like how you turned that into a picture window with a seating area.

Wow, very well done! Do you attribute the sports success to any financial (long term) impact to Cleveland? I know they have come a long way with re-facing their down town, especially down Euclid, but I've been curious to see how the successes in 2016 may help improve Cleveland as a family destination option.
