So I had this 4 unit SFH deal I'm working up north, the owner could not meet me at the units due to his work schedule this week, so he had a friend meet me there.

The friend showed me around, but after we wrapped up the 4th unit he keep driving around and showing other units that I never had knowledge of... After a bit of time, he disclosed to me that he owned those units, in fact he owned 10 of them. I figured if he was showing them, he must of wanted to sell them... So I said to him "let me through a number at you, and you let me know if you would be willing to sell them all for that price". Needless to say, he accepted the offer. BOOM!

The other contract is in the bag already, so that makes 14 for today. What luck, today has been awesome!
