Hi all, I'm in LA (West side / Santa Monica area) and looking to connect with other investors as well. I do know of one meetup that happens in Santa Monica on the 2nd Saturday of every month - 11am @ Unurban Café on Pico Blvd hosted by @Jeff Greenberg

@Jeff Greenberg you're welcome. So, are you not doing the meetups at Unurban Cafe anymore. I didn't see a place to search for the OSMFI meetup. Do you have a link?

welcome to one of the tougher markets in the US. If you are a brand new investor, check out the loan program NACA. I used it to house hack a fourplex and it will cashflow about $100 once its up and ready (should be mid august).
