Hey everyone!! I had a thread for our Hagerstown Meetup this Saturday but BP needed me to create an actual event. So here ya go!

Tomorrow, 4pm, Antietam brewery, Hagerstown MD. Come out to talk about successes, failures, goals, and everything in between.

@Edward Holland @Logan Beckner there is a Frederick REIA meeting. It is meeting this Thursday at Smoketown Brewery. There is a facebook page and email sign up (Frederick Pitchers & Properties REI)

    Working on it! Our deal flow has been a bit slow. We closed on Georgia Ave which was great and I'm working a few leads in the area to try and get stuff going.

    I have a home on Georgia Ave under contract currently, but from an agent stand point! LOL. Congrats on this!

    @Edward Holland and for everyone else, the meeting is the first Saturday of each month. The previous post mentioned it but I'll try to change this to a recurring event.

    Hagerstown meetup on the first Saturday of the month, every month, 4pm, Antietam brewery.

    Hi all,

    I am looking to relocate to Hagerstown and begin networking with others like you. However, I won't be relocating until a new employment opportunity presents itself. I'm wondering, does anyone have notes from these meet ups? Or is there another place I may find this information? As mentioned, I won't be able to attend these meetings until I relocate to the area. I'm looking to gather as much information as I can and any help is appreciated.

    Anyone still following this thread - would any of you be interested in doing a Frederick meet up? I don't see any already posted... thinking about creating one. There's so many good breweries out here that would be a nice place to meet and chat about real estate.

    Not in Frederick that I know of. I’ve heard of Hagerstown and one closer to Baltimore.
