Hello, has anyone paid for his courses or purchased the books or worked with him before? He has a virtual boot camp coming in October.

Hi @Michael Mastantuono, I signed up for this virtual boot camp. A friend of mine (real estate investor for quite a few years now) went to his virtual boot camp before, and then he joined one of the in-person boot camp. He recommended it to me so I decided to give it a try as I plan to invest in the multifamily space. Let me know if you end up signing up and we can connect too.

    Absolutely—investing in Rod’s course and attending the boot camps completely changed my life. Between the knowledge I gained and the incredible people I’ve connected with, it’s been a game changer. Since joining in September 2023, I’ve closed 9 major real estate deals, significantly increased my net worth, and made the leap into real estate full time. If you’re serious about leveling up, it’s 100% worth it.

     Are you ready to buy something? There are still very limited mf transactions going on right now. Are you buying a snowblower in the spring in florida analogy. Not commenting on the training just asking is now a good time to take a course like this?
