High LTV Bridge Lenders

I have a 12 unit property in Lakewood I am in contract on. I'm looking at doing a bridge while I raise rents to market (all leases MTM)

Any reccomendations ?  Shooting for the holy grail of 20% down with minimal prepay

     Do you have at least 5+ MFHs owned and rehabbed in the last 36 months?

    12 Units would fall under a commercial.  I'm happy to tell you I have a lot of lenders.  I would like the opportunity to connect and learn more information.  I have several lender who can meet your needs.  Many specialize in bridge loans. I know this is three month old but we are here.  Just need information for you loans

    were Nationwide Direct Lenders for small bridge 1-10mm 80%LTC     it sounds like your property is right in our wheelhouse. would love to take a look at this deal for you
