    Hi Naomi,

    In case you haven’t found anyone yet, Suite & Reserve Management could be worth speaking with.

    We manage a few hundred doors in Detroit, from single-family homes to small multifamily, and we specialize in Section 8 housing. We’re familiar with the housing authority side, inspections, RFTAs, rent reasonableness, renewals, and the day-to-day that comes with voucher tenants.
