My name is Cory Hall and I am entirely new to wholesaling, but I am ready to take this leap in my life. I don't know anyone in this realm. If there is anyone out there whose willing to help and guide me in the proper directions so that I can begin taking the steps to closing deals, it would be appreciated! Thank you for your the time you took to read this!

Your bestbet would be message other wholesalers who are selling deals on facebook groups and ssk to join them. They provide traijing, scripts and software to call. They always look for new callers.

    Hey Cory,

One thing I'd also consider is not limiting yourself to just wholesaling. Since you're just getting started, look into other ways to get your first deal, especially house hacking. If you're able to buy a small multifamily property, live in one unit, and rent out the others, it can be a great way to start building equity while learning how to be a landlord and investor.

My biggest advice would be to focus on learning how to analyze deals before worrying about closing a bunch of contracts. Understand what makes a property a good opportunity, how investors calculate their numbers, and what motivates sellers. That foundation will make everything else easier.

Since you're in Upstate New York, I'd spend a lot of time networking locally. Connect with investors, agents, contractors, lenders, and other real estate professionals in your area. Real estate is a relationship business, and a lot of opportunities come from knowing the right people.

Also, don't wait until you feel like an expert before taking action. Most people learn by getting out there, having conversations, and improving along the way.

Best of luck getting started, Cory. All the best! Feel free to reach out and connect with me - my DMs are always open!
