Good morning

I'm a property manager in Baltimore and I use AppFolio. It has everything you can think of. Sometimes it glitch's but they are very good at fixing the issue as soon as as it happens. I hope this helps.

I use Avail and it has worked fine for me so far. Free to use and is fairly user friendly.

My property is a condo though. I realize you said commerical property so I want to clarify that mine is a single unit residential.

I use apartments.com and it does everything I need it to. I think most of the fancy software makes more sense once you're over 50+ units
