searching for buyer's agent

Is anyone able to recommend a buyer's agent for the Poughkeepsie, New York area? I am looking to buy an investment property there and would like to work with some who is experienced in investment properties. I am also seeking recommendations for a property manager and a contractors (or contractors). Thank you for any assistance you can provide.
