I want to learn and see more post about investors investing in buisness this seems to be for housing or am I just looking in the wrong places?

Focus is real estate, mainly residential, multi family or commercial. Yes real estate can be a business but it's not focused on the topics you are hunting for (managing people, marketing, etc). For business YT is a great avenue for that

It may help to define the decision you are exploring first: buying an operating business, investing passively in one, or building a business around real estate. Which of those are you most interested in?
