I need to find best option, ChatGPT suggested Netlify.com but wanted to see all options before I have my developer connect it and go live. I already have the site built and ready to go.

Since the site is already built, I'd let the tech it was built on drive most of this decision. Netlify, Vercel, and Cloudflare Pages can all be good options depending on the build, so I'd ask your developer which one fits the existing site with the least complexity. For an STR site, I'd also think ahead to anything you'll eventually want connected—booking/calendar tools, inquiry forms, analytics, and easy content updates. If Netlify handles all of that cleanly with what you already built, I wouldn't switch platforms just for the sake of having more options.

My developer has worked with Bluehost, so I am going to try them and see how it goes.
