    Quote from @Laura Parra:

Looking for recommendations for an investor friendly real estate agent in Greensboro, NC. BP agent finder turned up no results?

If you’re open to looking outside Greensboro, I’d also consider the Midwest, especially Ohio. There are some solid investor-friendly markets where you can still find opportunities that make sense for buy-and-hold or value-add, and having a good local agent makes a huge difference. Happy to connect if you’re open to comparing a few Ohio markets.

Hi Laura, I am an agent with Wayfinder Homes, a small, investor focused brokerage in the Triad and am an investor myself. I have done flips and manage a dozen of my own long term rentals and one short term rental. Feel free to send me a message, happy to connect.

Hi @Laura Parra , we do have an agent that appears on the finder too. I just went through the path. Just so you have some options.
