I'm the same person who just posted about a Berkly townhome in Tucker's Cove at Babcock Ranch — posting this separately because I know a written reply is a bigger ask than a quick conversation for some people.

If you own in Tucker's Cove (or elsewhere in Babcock Ranch) and would be open to 15 minutes on a Zoom call, I'd genuinely value it. I'm conducting detailed research before buying and would love to learn from your actual experience — rent achieved, vacancy, HOA/CDD, insurance, and whether you'd do it again.
