Well, I invested in Ashcroft Fund II and it is a total loss. In addition, no one answers the phone when you call Ashcroft. I have emailed and left voicemails a week ago and no one has gotten back to me. Have they fired all their Investor Relations staff? It's like the entire staff including Joe Fairless has disappeared.

    I am totally unfamiliar with this fund. Would you be willing to share more information about how you came to invest in it, what has transpired since, and why you think it’s a total loss? Have they issued a balance sheet or other financial statements? Have you been in contact with other investors in the fund? Was the offering a Reg D compliant offering?

    Thats interesting, on Ashcroftcapital.com they have too much going on to just ghost you like that. How long has it been since you placed your investment? what was the expectation?
