I’ve been following the discussions here and noticed there are so many different takes on where the housing market is headed. It's clear that what's happening in one city or for one investor isn't the same for everyone. I'm realizing that everyone's experience is totally different right now, and I want to make sure I'm keeping that in mind while listening to the different perspectives.
