Six flips plus five more properties in the pipeline is solid, Juliana. Sounds like you’ve already got a good system going. Since you’re open to swapping ideas and exploring different markets, you might want to keep the Midwest on your radar too. Ohio has some interesting value opportunities, especially when you have the right local team in place. Always good to compare notes with investors working in different markets.
