Anyone using Intellirent to take applications & screen prospective tenants?

My local rental housing association is offering its members free access to 'Intellirent' screening.

The prospective tenant fills out their application online & pays for the credit/background checks.

If you've used this service, I'd appreciate any feedback about your experience with this service. Thanks.

@Dee Sivad I've been using it for about a year, the association I belong to in WA state provides it. Previously I used Zillow (which I wasn't entirely satisfied with). I find intellirent to be much more thorough, but I spend a lot of time walking tenants through how to use it. I've even started providing a link to the help/tutorials when I send it to try and minimize it, but never fails. For some reason, it seems to confuse some people.
