If you’re consistently sourcing off-market or value-add properties in Birmingham, I’d love to connect.
S8 Acquisition works with 350+ active real estate investors, with a strong focus on Section 8 and long-term rental properties. We’re continuing to build relationships with wholesalers who can become reliable inventory partners in markets where our investors are actively looking to acquire.
We’re especially interested in single-family rentals, distressed or value-add opportunities, and small portfolios that align with our acquisition criteria.
What we’re really looking for is consistency on both sides. We want our partners to understand what makes a strong opportunity for our investors, and we provide feedback along the way so you’re not wasting time sending deals that aren’t a fit.
There’s no pay-per-lead cost to work with S8 Acquisition. Partners continue to get paid through their normal business practices when moving their inventory, while S8 Acquisition receives a standard referral fee on successfully closed transactions.
If you’re wholesaling in Birmingham and looking to build a relationship with another active acquisition channel, message me and tell me what you’re sourcing.

@Naomi Pack Consistent outlets matter more than another buyers list, especially if your investors are mostly Section 8 or long term rental. Birmingham under about $200K still hides a lot of foundation and HVAC risk if the inventory is not street checked on ARV, rent support, and turn cost before anyone circles it. What buy box is actually clearing for them right now, SFH value add or more stabilized?
