Hey@Dilshad Randhawa some of the best ways to find networking events is to type in REIA and the name of your state. That's the Real Estate investor Association. then go to Facebook and see if there are any events going on. Also go to meetup.com and see if there are any meet ups happening that are focused on Real Estate. Bigger Pockets allows people to post real estate investing meetups as well.

@Dilshad Randhawa, I've worked with real estate owners and investors on commercial lease issues, and one thing I'd tell you early is not to assume every NNN lease works the same way.
I’ve seen deals where the big difference was in the lease itself. Who pays the taxes, insurance, maintenance, repairs, roof, structure, and other property costs can change from one deal to the next. So as you learn, I’d spend just as much time looking at actual leases and how the responsibilities are divided as you do looking at the purchase numbers.
