My name is Will, I’m a Realtor and the owner of Black Marlin General Contracting here in Southwest Florida.

I’m looking to meet more investors, property owners, landlords, and other people involved in real estate around Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and the surrounding areas.

My background is in construction and remodeling, so I enjoy looking at properties from both the real estate and construction side. I’m especially interested in connecting with investors who are buying, renovating, selling, or managing properties.

I’m also looking to build relationships with people who may need help evaluating a property, estimating potential repairs, getting a property ready to sell, or simply having someone local they can call when something comes up.
