My name is Fernando, 32, currently working in commercial construction full time, and want to start investing in long term rental real estate properties, I been researching and reading a lot about real estate and wanted to see if there is anyone that I can connect with for guidance in the Cleveland area!?

Good on you Fernando, the best part of the Cleveland market is that every investor wants to see you succeed. A good start is seeing if this life is really for you. Come to one of the networking events, Investorsource CLE is a good one, Great Lakes REIA is decent. You'll see me there.

    Welcome, Fernando! Your construction background is a big plus since you’ll have a better feel for rehab costs than most new investors. I’m active around Cleveland and work with investors on long-term rentals, so happy to connect and share what I’m seeing in the market.
