Hello, I am using my self-directed 401K for many of my purchases and rehabs. I am looking for any hard money lenders that provide non-recourse loans? Thank you in advance.

    How much experience do you have? That is the number one criteria for hard money lenders that will allow for non-recourse. Only a handful will do this. I am a broker.

      I have 5 properties with 2 completed rehabs and 2 currently underway.
