I’m the owner of JLK Cabinetry — .

Before starting JLK, I worked in real estate as a North Carolina agent and investor/flipper, and I’ve also spent roughly 20 years in the cabinet industry designing and installing kitchens.

That experience is really the value I’m trying to bring to the RTA cabinet space.

We offer RTA kitchen and bath cabinetry, but I don’t want JLK to be another giant online cabinet company where you load a cart, place an order, and then you’re basically on your own.

If you’re working on a flip, rental, new build, or renovation, I can personally help you with the kitchen layout, cabinet sizing, measurements, appliance placement, fillers, panels, corners, trim and the little details that can make or break a cabinet order.

I also understand the investor side. The kitchen needs to look great and function properly, but at the end of the day the numbers still have to work.

Because I’m keeping JLK intentionally lean with very little overhead, I’m able to price our cabinets extremely aggressively while still giving customers much more personalized help than they’ll typically get from a large RTA retailer.

Need the cabinets assembled?

Right now the website is primarily set up for RTA — ready-to-assemble cabinets, but if pre-assembled cabinets are something you’re interested in, reach out to me.

I can currently arrange assembly for $20 per cabinet.

Assembly can change how an order has to be packaged and shipped, which may affect the freight cost. That’s the main reason I haven’t rolled assembly out as a standard option on the website yet — I’m working through the logistics so I can offer it properly rather than surprise someone with a shipping change later.

My goal with JLK isn’t just to sell cabinets. I want to become a resource for investors who need good cabinetry, aggressive pricing, and somebody who actually understands how to put a kitchen together correctly.
