Great event and an important topic for investors at every experience level.

One thing I emphasize in my lending workshops is that building a real estate portfolio isn't just about acquiring more properties. It's about understanding your numbers, managing leverage, maintaining cash flow, and having the right financing strategy for each acquisition.

Whether you're using DSCR financing, fix-to-rent/BRRRR strategies, or private capital, the financing needs to support your long-term investment goals.

I always enjoy seeing organizations bring investors together to share ideas, analyze deals, and build relationships. That's where a lot of opportunities begin.

Wishing everyone a successful event in Montgomery County!
