I’m a wholesaler here in Phoenix, I’ll generally get around 2-4 contracts per month- I have one primary buyer and the feedback from them is that my numbers are solid and I tend to deliver properties that haven’t been under contract multiple times previously.

I don’t like to have all of my contracts riding on one person though, so with that I’m hoping to branch out and find other buyers in the Phoenix or surrounding metro areas that would want to work with a solid wholesaler. I’m honest, if I say I’m going to do something I do it, and I communicate thoroughly.
