Hey guys, I have a house for rent in Lancaster, CA. I've been trying to get tenants, but I can't find any. I've posted the house on FB market, Craigslist, Apartments for rent, and next door. Craigslist keeps rejecting it, and so do apartments for rent and Zillow. I don't know where else to market it. People on FB market are very flaky. It's been 3 months, and I can't afford to keep vacant for too long because I keep taking out of my savings. Does anyone know why they keep flagging me, and furthermore, how else can I market this house? I would really appreciate your feedback and any help.
Lucy, three months of watching your savings drain is awful and I'm so sorry. One idea you may not have tried is asking a couple of neighbors or the local church or community bulletin board to spread the word, since a friend of a friend is often a steadier tenant than a stranger from a flaky app....
