2024-built house on 2 acres in Wilson County, 30 miles from San Antonio. About 2,200 sq ft, granite island kitchen, stainless appliances, plank floors. Clean and ready now.
3Bed/ 2 Bath

Estimated value $440K, price $315K cash. It has to close by December 1, so the first serious cash buyer gets it.

Would this fit your buyers? Text or call me for the address and photos: 469-626-6682. Proof of funds required.

Eylon, Chris Colton here in San Antonio. On the Floresville assignment, can you share a few basics? What is the contract price versus your asking price, is the contract assignable, and what are the beds, baths, and lot size? Happy to run numbers once I have the shape of it.

Thanks Eylon, that helps. Can you share photos and the address so I can take a look? I will see if it fits anyone on my side.

Thanks Eylon, I got the photos. That kitchen looks good. Can you help me understand the numbers a little better? You mentioned 285 and 305, so is 305 the price for a buyer and 285 your contract price? And is this cash only with proof of funds?

Thanks Eylon, that clears up the 285 and 305. Is it cash only with proof of funds, and is December 1 a hard close date?
