I did notice the the STR laws are getting more strict which is why I started to lean more towards the mid term rental side.

I hope and pray the permit gets approved and that they don't NOTICE that I'll ask for the inspection moments AFTER the permit has been approved.Because we have no concrete for the driveways, I can't order sod.

I am needing to ask since one of my guys gave me a false SSN and I received an IRS notice stating that I need to update the accurate SSN for the contractor.  

I’m noticing a pattern in Denver where new STR competition shows up in waves, and by the time it’s obvious on Airbnb, the underwriting window is already gone.
