Strongbrook....MLM "turn key" disaster for investors, where Strongbrook, and their management/realty/contractor co.s make the majority of the money.  

I just read a forum post about someone becoming a distributor for windows and similar products and he has been able to gain substantial cost savings.

My guy just puts them in automatically and also gets my moulding and base much cheaper by the foot from our local "Smith & DeShields distributor (millwork). 

Clues are words like 'wholesale', 'warehouse', 'supply', 'distributor', 'importer'.  

I understand the MLM approach from these companies and see how recruiting helps the companies grow.

I do not recommend the TV GURUs, I recommend you find someone you can touch and interact with for your first 1 year of training.I am also interested in what MLM are you in??

I am originally from Pennsylvania, but have been working in the DMV for the past 5 years as an Assistant Manager at a wholesale distributor of building products.

I have many great contacts in terms of contractors, engineering consultants, and product distributors as well as lots of experience with the renovation part of these projects.

I have also been involved with Renatus by attending many of their free meetings but don't want to get caught up in buying their program if I don't need to, as the MLM aspect of the company is definitely a disincentive for me.

Does the manufacturer have a distributor that will sell a replacement window?
