One was barking at one, the other two were minding their own business and the GSD came at us and attacked and we weren't on their property, etc.We also had a sweet female black lab that out of the blue attacked my ex's friend and bit his hand.So, you just never know.

Parents also sold this house for a sweet amount of money when all the kids move out.I would say YES buy, Haggle the price down, prepare to put in some nice noise reducing windows and maybe a taller fence.
