Despite email verification that it was not my bill, she did not remove it and it was going to be automatically paid from my account, as it was lumped together with the rent.Long story short, I ended up calling the head property manager for the company who owned the complex (essentially her boss), and emailed her the receipts of our conversation.

Verses,, washer dryer in basement, and 1 washer and 1 dryer.. honestly for me it would be in the basement. one washer and one dryer is more than enough to handle 3-5 units,, I managed a complex and we had 1 washer/ dryer for 12 apts and worked fine.

When they approve the rent for a house they take rent plus utilities into account, so for a house as old as yours, unless you can show them that you have added energy efficiency features, it will cost you some rent.

In an A community the land value is high enough that if the subject property were to burn down, it would make sense to rebuild a bigger and better property.In a B community the land value should be substantial enough to rebuild the same property, in square footage and included features.
