i just spoke with a featured agent in denver coloradowho mentioned that they get a lot of clients from biggerpocketsthat don't really care for a massive discount as an investoron the front end of buying a property, that their mindset is"what can I do with this house in the next 10-20 years?"

Between the two, you’ll cover the vast majority of guest traffic without adding unnecessary cost or complexity.
