We want to do BRRRR with a property, ideally we would create enough equity that we would be able to get back our entire $75,000 investment along with creating cashflow.What do you guys think?

This is the kind of end product I would like to create myself.

The other one we thought we could have created a duplex by tearing down the existing shell.
