In my wild brain, I'd like to also understand land development. 

I am looking to sell it around $73k in order to deploy the equity in the property into some new development in Mississippi.

Upon purchase we worked to develop and improve infrastructure around the property.

You also have some new development happening in the area.The first property and second property are just 7 blocks apart, north south along the same cross streets.

  - Do that a few more times and TRACK YOUR NUMBERS and you start to develop credibility.- Demonstrate to ANYONE IN YOUR SPHERE your track record while you are developing it and you will see people start to perk up, usually after 3-5 successful deals.
