Let’s start with this:You probably have great taste.

It may look sweet, but there is no denying it's goining to taste really bad.

CA sun shines better, CA water tasts better, girls are prettier, bestest economy, just EVERYTHING in CA is better..... 

Are there cities/regions where local design taste and short-term rental demand overlap well?

I used to live across the street from his Atlas Peak winery and would catch him at late afternoon tastings for some reminiscing on the old days.

When you are reaching out to agents in your market telling them you are a cash investor, getting a property under contract and not performing it leaves a bad taste in their mouth.
