History shows that markets dip after a decade of wild growth (again depends on market).I think there are lots of factors that are causing people to stockpile cash: huge amounts of homeowners in default, millions of renters that will be evicted as soon as moratoriums are lifted, 25+% of restaurants / bars closing, major impending correction to the office market, potential large change to geographic requirements of work, not to mention an increasingly interconnected banking system, where if enough corporations / homeowners default on loans, it will send a ripple effect through the greater economy.

Perhaps Detroit  will have a chance as it restructures.Los Angeles is a freeway nightmare from lack of commuting services - - we're still attempting to interconnect the rail and airports. 

I'm looking for anyone who cares to offer their view or experience as to whether or how the city or county might respond to information about the interconnected use of three licensed Bed & Breakfasts in one previously permitted and approved multifamily building.

Does this 4 plex already have a full fire suppression (sprinkler) and interconnected fire alarm systems?

The plans were only approved with 2019 code items, such as interconnected fire alarms, reducing sizes of rooms to meet 2019 fire and ventilation code.The question is, I think I have to make an appointment with "New Construction", to do an inspection.

It will haunt you because the real estate world always seem to be interconnected.
