I came across the Grand Rapids member sub forum in MI, but can't figure out how to start a discussion in that forum specifically. when I hit the blue Start a Discussion button, it's for the overall site.( I found the site tutorial at one point, and now can't find it again.)

If you do a google search for "pittsburgh city data uptown kid" and click on his profile link, he has a bunch of different maps that provide similar information.As for creating the map, I'm not sure...but there are probably tutorials on google maps about how to annotate them.

If you're looking for more info on any particular property, all you need is ONE of the following:Owner NameOwner Mailing AddressProperty AddressParcel NumberIf you plug this into the system, you can pull up a full property profile with most of the information you'd want to know (including previous sales figures, comps, assessed values, neighboring property owners, etc.)If you need more info, I can show you some video tutorials on how to use it further.
