We negotiated flat-rate pricing per bag, and it’s been a game changer.

I do most of the putting out fires, hiring handyman, bribing people to not leave a bad review because they saw dust on a ceiling fan blade (lol). 

If there are even minor cracks in your relationship with your girlfriend, try living surrounded by building supplies, buckets, tools, dust, and inconvenience, and those cracks can break open! 

RTR severed ties with the builder and never relayed this on to their investors, who ultimately were left holding the bag. 

Go buy a new one BUT it also may be dirty under neath from dust .
