Listing agents who charge more don't often provide a better outcome compared to agents who have rock bottom listing fees. Agents will sell based on creating an emotional connection and not a guaranteed better outcome. They will pitch the level of effort but not commit to delivering anything better than a low cost agent will

I think you have good agents and bad agents...it doesn't always correspond to what they charge or how long they've been doing this.
