I understand that some people simply won't be able to make it, and that's unfortunate, but if you want the benefit of this spectacular lineup, you'll have to come see it live.

When I bought my house hack it was an okay deal, not spectacular.

If you make a spectacular house, reasonably priced, in a decent area...someone will buy it.

NW yeilds can be spectacular per acre compared to other parts of the country.

I am not hunting off market deals, I have contractors I use on my flips, but they are not giving me any spectacular pricing, since I don't do enough to keep them busy full time, and equally important, I want my rentals to be NICE.

Overall the deal is solid, not spectacular, but it served to get me off the sidelines and moving.
