Can anyone recommend Painters and contractors with reasonable prices in Harrisburg, PA?

I've tried several ways of handling this, but the most successful strategy I've found is to have the tenants submit a paint swatch, and once you've approved it, you can hire painters (or paint yourself) to paint it that color, while charging the tenants for time + material.

Are you looking for a GC, handyman, carpenter, HVAC, painter, roofer..?

If you “manage” the real estate ie pick the plumber, electrician, painter, contractor tenant ,etc and all are paid by the Ira-is that considered prohibited- I don’t think so.
