I would first watch some YouTube tutorials on the product and connect with other investors who use the service readily.

You can then run your reports according to property or the entire portfolio.There is a bit of a learning curve, so you may want to check out some tutorial videos or hire a firm to set up the account and help with support.

My partner and I have already secured a domain on GoDaddy and an email for the site however all of the website builder tutorials I have watched have been for full IDX/MLS listing real estate websites.
