Maybe I’m looking right past it but is there no “search” box to search keywords in the forums? Or is it just not in trending anymore?

My largest was financed based off of a helicopter maintenance job I took in Croatia for 7 months which I bought as a beach vacation rental.

It seems like the “search” function is gone from the BP App?

It isn’t all 🌽 and beans here, but there’s a thriving millennial market, aided by the population/demand of Drake University, Iowa State University, DMACC, Grand View, and Central College students, insurance market (one of the largest in nation, as seen in population of actuaries here, and Drake churns our pharmacists like no other due to their 6 year program), and the building of Facebook, Apple and Microsoft server centers around here due to nice tax breaks.

I run the largest investor group/meeting/meetup in town and there are plenty of folks to connect with to support your investing and hitting your goals....it's just a matter of being pointed in the right direction.  

Reading through the comments here, the two things you have to consider is the de facto PM function this guy performs, and the condition of the apartment.

Nationally based 1031 QIs will charge from $495 for a credit card internet hope and pray 1031 to $2500 and beyond for a stand alone attorney with no scale.typically the largest grouping for experienced service oriented QIs will be $700 - $1200 for a garden variety exchange higher towards each coast  

The other downside is that it's easier for a crazy neighbor to have an ill effect on the functioning of your association.

Unless you are in a tight spot you’ll get “market value” when you have the largest market bidding on it.

Oh you think you will, I know -- you'll list it as a 'handyman special that just needs a little TLC...' and you'll tell the seller that it is just a function of pricing it to sell.
