STR'S are more work and in many cases your ROI can be better with a LTR, especially after you figure in your time.There people doing well because they bought at a great price or have a gem of a property in a great area.

I would say 60 days is even a somewhat conservative leaning estimate for days on market, most of ours rent within 2 weeks to 60 days, and if a property is getting above 30-45 days that usually means we need to adjust pricing as well.
