Keep in mind, RECA, the Real Estate Council of Alberta, has recently upgraded all of the rules regulating the realtors, and they have become quite strict with disclosures, being careful not to exercise undue power and influence over a seller if you're licenced, etc.This course has proved to be more exciting than I expected, however.

hello, I am a Canadian licenced Relator just living across the border from Buffalo.

And the licenced electrician I use is about $40-$50 an hour and solved 4 seperate electrical issue/mysteries for me in less than 2 hrs.

We would like to know what requirements we need in order to get a Florida Hard money licence .For now , we don't want to collect or raise cash, we just want to invest our liquidity, in small deal 100-300 each property, for 4-5 million dollars. 

My state does not require a real estate licence.  

I would hold on to getting the licence until you are sure you will be buying multiple houses a year, it can be an expensive licence to hold.You can definitely search, invest and increase your knowledge without having a licence.

Start an apprenticeship and work toward getting licenced.

In the state of Illinois I believe you can sell up to 4 per year without a dealers licence.
