There’s a gym and a dedicated spa room with a sauna.

Dehumidifier does not fix the actual problem and to peel the paint it must be a sauna in the house.

You have a depot in the larger town where they take their items to portable storage units and then you haul to your storage location.Why would they go to small town USA 20 miles away?   

Paper currency got its start as little promissory notes to pay gold, and then because the notes were more portable than gold, people started using the notes as money instead of the gold itself, which is why you sometimes see references to "one dollar notes", etc.A seller may or may not accept a promissory note as payment. 

They have portable A/C there.

It’ll serve two purposes-income and a getaway for my family I have a very portable job if I need to stay in the local area to get everything set up 

There are some portable cleaners that heat to higher temperatures, but they often come with two power cords, because they need two power circuits to reach the high temperature and provide suction.  2.

Also, title examining skill isn't portable. 

If it is truly hot and requires A/C, I would purchase a portable A/C unit on Amazon.com and when they are done with it, use it when you need it in other units.
