I also disagree on the zelle topic - of course not doubting that it works, but it opens up risks and untidiness that is just so easy to avoid, that for me, it's just not worth wasting your time doing.Rentredi is good, Appfolio is good for larger portfolios, but one I would really take a look at is baselane - everything all in one, and could be a good solution for you.All of these will help you maintain compliant records and keep everything in a simple easy to manage format, so that's why I always prefer this approach to zelle/text messages etc.Good luck!
