Most programs being pitched now were created by others, then someone repackaged them rebranded them and found people to monetize them.

I'm generating more leads than I can use and am looking to monetize them.Does anyone know of any platforms or marketplaces where such leads can be sold directly to listing agents?  

So new ownership that needs to monetize their investment to to a far greater degree than the original owner who had sweat equity.

The former because they sought the revenue.As others have said, these mentors who seek it out as a revenue stream do not generally vet their clients--capacity (ability to afford and still succeed) or capability (previous evidence of being able to succeed and monetize the education).Mentors can generally only train you in what they are experts in.

Moral of the story was that I should lock up property and at least try to monetize it, instead of just letting it go.

I do not understand if their collective motives are to harvest and aggregate data and monetize or more hostile and punitive?
